"Had the pleasure of working with Lori M. to assist my (19 y/o) daughter in securing insurance for her first solo car purchase. Lori was very responsive, very informative and flexible when we needed to switch information on the fly with the binder and insurance card. She worked to find my daughter amazing discounts and explained everything very simply for her to understand. I've been with the Mitchell Smith office for a bit now and at first I was resistant to the agents being so communicative as I was used to USAA and Progressive but have come to really enjoy every person I have spoken with and don't plan on ever going back to the call center insurance type company!"

"I had surgery over a month ago before surgery I called and emailed Statefarm to see what I can do with my Health benefits... I was 1st send the incorrect paperwork, this info wasn't told to me till the day before surgery.. I had little to no time to resubmit paperwork I had to wait till 5 days after surgery to submit the correct forms there was a suggestion to submit and itemized receipt but I was told it wasn't mandatory if I didn't have one 14 days past refiling my claim I was asked for an itemized receipt as if it was required now I have contacted billing and signed paperwork allowing statefarm to retrieve what is needed It has now been past 30 days no benefits have been rendered and now there is little to no reply from Statefarm I will be dropping my extra policies given they are not worth the headache to file and have left me in a bad financial situation were I may lose my home or worse"
